CARMEL — In conjunction with the N.J. Quail Project, the Cumberland County 4H program is hosting a bobwhite quail program 7 p.m. March 11 at the 4H Center, 291 Morton Ave. Steven Smith of Quail Unlimited will discuss raising quail, the importance of re-stocking and protection of quail habitat. Information will also be available for youth to become involved in a quail raising project. All are invited to attend, and information on obtaining a game bird permit will be available; call 451-2800.
